The 41st Fajr Film Festival announces nominees competing for Simorgh awards.

The 41st edition of the Fajr International Film Festival (FIFF) has announced the nominees shortlisted to compete for Simorgh awards.

Here are the nominees in four categories of Best Actor in a Supporting Role, Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Actress in a Supporting Role, and Best Actress in a Leading Role:

The Fajr festivals coincide with the Ten-Day Fajr ceremonies across Iran, marking the anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Since its establishment in 1982, the festival has played a vital role in the development of Iranian Cinema.

The 41st edition of the FIFF, headed by Mojtaba Amini, will come to an end on February 11.
